who attended the Grand Opening were treated to a
custom chocolate cake with delicious vanilla icing
courtesy of TJ Centers and his Aunt Sue.

Lisa
Bishop, employed by Aleta Sill's Bowling World,
gets a ball ready for a customer. Lisa has won four
national titles in her six pro seasons. One of several
former and current pros to hail from Michigan, Bishop
was honored in 2002 after she was initiated into
the Michigan Women’s Bowling Association Hall of
Fame. Inducted for “Superior Performance,” Bishop
joins a plethora of former or current PWBA members
including Marion Ladewig (1976), Jeanette Robinson
(1985), Sandra Jo Shiery (1991), Aleta Sill (1992)
and Cheryl Daniels (1993).

Aleta
fits Janet Petrowsky for her first finger-tip
grip reactive ball. Janet lives in San Diego,
California, so when the ball arrives it will be
drilled and shipped. Shipping of product is available
at a minimal cost.

The
Detroit Free Press bowling writer, Matt Fiorito
(here with Aleta), joined the festivities. On Friday,
August 8, the Free Press published Mr. Fiorito's
article "PWBA legend Sill to open pro shop
in Farmington". Fiorito considers Aleta Sill
"the best ever in women's pro bowling".
